I made this custom secondlife avatar for a friend who goes by the name Avid Lebon.

You may notice that I stole the eyes and modded the ears from Wingless Emoto.
No harm there.
The rest of the head was build from scratch though.

Asside from that, everything else here is just bits I had laying around. (not my work)

considering that this is my first head, I think it's pretty good
