Description
Deep in the swamp there lived an old race called "bog elves". One day Aiya, a curious elf girl, was out and about exploring the swamp, when she found a stranger lying on the ground. She carefully moved closer. It was a skinny boy with purple skin and white hair. His ears were pointy like hers, yet he didn't look like a bog elf. She never met any outsider before and was quite excited to finally see one in person.
Aiya: He's still breathing and there are no visible injuries. That's a relief.
She tried to wake him up, but with no success.
Aiya: I can't bring a stranger to a village, and even if I wanted, I don't think I can lift him up. But it would be dangerous to leave him here. What should we do, Dumpling?
A small lizard creature poked his head through her hair and looked curiously.
Aiya: Can you fetch me a rotten flower?
Dumpling quickly climbed down and disappeared in the tall grass. It didn't take long for him to return with a green flower in his mouth. Aiya pinched her nose and took a flower from a lizard.
Aiya: Let's see...
She brought a flower closer to a boy. He instantly woke up with a disgust on his face.
Boy: What on earth is this smell?
Aiya: I knew it would work! - "She shouted cheerfully."
Boy: Where am I…
Aiya: You're in my swamp!
Boy: Looks like my calculations were a bit off...
Aiya: Who exactly are you?
Boy: I'm Goblin, the freelance adventurer and I'm very late…
Aiya: Are you an elf? I'm Aiya and this is my pet Dumpling! He's a bit shy though.
Goblin: Half elf…
Aiya: I thought you looked a bit weird...
Goblin: Nice to meet you both, but I'll be on my way. Can you point me to a way out of your swamp?
Aiya: You're already leaving? :,(
Goblin: I'm already late. Have you seen my bag and a hat? I can't seem to find them…
Aiya: You didn't have them when I found you. It probably got stolen by the Snatchers. You're lucky they didn't take your clothes, that would have been a sight...
Goblin: Indeed… Can you tell me how to find those snatchers?
Aiya: I can, but it's getting late and there're a lot of wicked creatures in the swamp, especially at night. It's not safe here. You could stay at my place for the night and I would help you find the Snatchers in the morning.
Goblin: Well, I guess I won't make it in time anyways. I really need my things, but they can wait till tomorrow. I don't really feel well…
Aiya: Are you okay? Can you walk?
Goblin: I'm fine, just magic travelling really drains one's body…
Aiya: Whoa! Are you a mage?!
Goblin: Not exactly, but I know some tricks.
Aiya: You have to teach me those tricks!
Goblin: Maybe later…
Aiya: Yay! I'll make you plenty of food so that you can get your powers replenished!

Aiya: Do you travel a lot? You've probably seen a lot of beautiful places. I've never been anywhere outside the swamp…
Goblin: It's part of a job. If you want to travel nothing should stop you.
Aiya: Adults say it's dangerous outside, even more dangerous than the Swamp at night.
Goblin: They have a point, but you can't always hide. I think everyone should live their life to the fullest.
Aiya: When I'm of age, I'm going places. Maybe I'll join you and become an adventurer. What exactly do you do?
Goblin: You could say, I take the jobs no one else wants to take. I don't work well with others.
Aiya: Don't you get lonely? Besides I'm capable of doing many things… Like cooking delicious foods.
Goblin: Not really…
Aiya: Wait there! We're close to the village, but there's one tiny problem… It's forbidden to reveal a location of my village to anyone… So, we'll have to sneak in once it's dark.
