We only get a few scant quotes from the King in Yellow throughout the book, and the second act is never mentioned for its 'unspeakable cruelties', and 'dark insights'.

The only full scenes we have from the play are Cassilda brooding over the glum city of Carcossa, and of Cassilda and Camilla encountering Hastur during some sort of festival, IIRC.

This is more work for the comic, since King in Yellow matters will feature fairly prominently later on, maybe. I have a habit of developing an idea to an obsessive-compulsive level of exactitude, only to never use it because I find it boring. We'll see where this goes.
