You must use tags around your content:

Do this:Lorem ipsum wah wah wah.
Otherwise, everything will get squished all together and break up the contents all over the place.
For titles:
I've included css for definition lists and unordered lists. There's also a sidebar if you want links, but that's it. This skin's meant to be really simple and easy to use, so there are no feature boxes, scroll boxes, or anything like that. You can add them if you like.
`thespook has tons of great tutorials and scripts for how to do them yourself.

Just delete the Skin Header section when editing the journal skin (assuming you want the whole sidebar block gone).
If you want to remove the links but not the block itself, delete the individual "# example link" bits instead. :]

Really wonderful journal! 
Can I ask you, how can I make the title letters bigger? In your journal preview here, they look so bigger than the rest of the text. But when I write my journal, the titles have the same size as the other letters.

To add/change the links, go to edit the skin and look for the Skin Header box. In there is the sidebar div with a bunch of links in it. Just change the # for each a href to the url you want (like http://deviantart.com) and the # example link bit to the link text you want (eg. deviantART).
