I could sit and look at this for hours.
It has so much going on in it. I love the angles too.

Beautyfull picture.
If I didn't read the comments here I wouldn't have seen the mushroom cloud. (embarasing)
But now I did.
You really got talent

Dude, you should throw down more stuff like this. Ya gotz skillz, man, skillz. Other than the "apocalyptic" mention, I'm surprised no one has mentioned the freaking mushroom cloud out there! Good Nite indeed. And yet, on whatever level it was arranged, there's a reflection of an airborne plane seemingly heading in that direction. Hope, perhaps? Confrontation with mortality? And, if the "plated" reflection is an air traffic radar screen gone dim, then the figures reflected would have to be sort of hanging upside down a la Spidey. That mind-fuck with space is almost Escher-like in its delivery. Strangely riveting, man. Kudos.

not sure what you mean by the plated reflection and the radar screen. Its supposed to by a sky light you're looking down through with a guy looking up in horror or some kind of emotion and being held tight by two black dressed featureless figures. thanks for the the hardcore love.

Yeesh, talk about off the radar! Not sure how I perceived it so off the mark. Your explanation makes way more sense now. Guess I gotta up my meds. So the skylight, then, is half-shattered and the intact portion is a reflection of the sky?

supposed to be a whole skylight...you know how when you're looking at a reflection of the outside word on a piece of glass from the outside lookin and when a shadow from the outside goes across the glass and the vaguely lighter inside is visible in the part behind the shadow, that is what i was going for.

I see. I shoulda asked before flappin my lips. Apparently I need "Eye Guy" to get by. I understand the effect you're talking about and can see it in play. Can I ask...The faceless guys...was that to just hook viewers or is there underlying meaning with them as well? They remind me, oddly, of the wraiths in "Ghost" that took the evil souls of the dead away kicking and screaming.

thanks. it was chalks/charcoal by the way. This is back in high school. There is no way I would have the patience for it now. I understand time a little better now...and freedom.

this is really interesting, its detailed in a very realistic way but it feels very dream like and surreal, you can view it in many different ways.
