Math isn't exactly my favorite subject, but without it we would all be cave men. Buildings, means of transportation, technology, and medicine would be impossible to create without math.

Without math, this website wouldn't exist. Programming languages are very math-heavy, so without them, you wouldn't have computers, games, or calculators.
I really don't understand all the hate math gets. I believe it's just popular to hate something, and young people have decided to rebel against math because it has numbers in it, and numbers are haaaaarrrrd. Sure,Β maybe advanced calculus and trigonometryΒ can get a bit tricky, but basic arithmatic and algebra? Those two things are the easiest things in the world. There's no reason you shouldn't be able to understand those.
Pay some more attention in class, people! Maybe some day, you'll actually learn something! Wouldn't that be exciting?

I would agree, but I can't. Math is the basis of everything, math allowed programming to exist, math allowed the proper measurements and safety to architecture that lets us build houses and basically everything, the internet wouldn't exist without programming...based on numbers and logic, which would not exist without math. It may be tough, but honestly, there wouldn't be anything we have today without it, really. I can assure you our computers and Wifi wouldn't exist, let alone our progress in society.

I use my math class time to try and understand it. When that fails (usually within two minutes) I just start writing and drawing
