My very first attempt ever, at drawing with BIC ballpoint pens! And let me say - I am hooked! This one was mostly for the learning process; I like teaching myself through trial and error, and boy, were there "errors". I learned about the unpredictible "blobs". The patience needed. The finer lines. The illusion of color. And still have a lot to learn! But here are the very pioneer test bunnies for this new kind of art, that I've fallen in love with very quickly. A feline and a bird are next in line, amongst my 100 other projects, plus holidays are coming up so... I'll see when I get time to do all the things I've been putting off till' later!
These bunnies take up pretty much a whole A4 paper, they were made with BIC cristal ballpoint pen that I bought on Amazon, and there is no gelpen or anything else added, although I was tempted many times, but I resisted! It took me a couple of hours to draw, as I'm figuring out how this works. There's a blue otter, an unspecified dwarfrabbit mix (I think), and a black and tan, that last one being my absolute favorite rabbit of all times. Plus, any excuse to draw some bunnies, there haven't been enough of them this year but it is Rabbit Year! That must be remediated asap!
