Hey, looks nice. Could I use it for the XCode-Python-Templates I'm working on?
Would write your name in the credits-file.

Thanks
What is Xcode ? And what will be the use of your template ? Distributed for free or not ? Under which license ?

If your website is somewhat commercial, no. If this is a website about Python and that you don't sell anything, feel free to use it and please find a place somewhere to write my name and link to the original deviation, it would be kind and great of you.
Can I have the URL of your website, please?

Damn. This would of been perfect. My website is 100% commercial, selling web design/marketing services. Guess I'll have to find something else.

I am really sorry... If you want to do your own, it isn't that complicated, you will find loads of tuts on the net under the named of crystal or reflection. Then this is all about balance between the effects used
At least you have asked, it is cool

Nice , you should make a tutorial to teach people the basic skills for when they start using this technique

I think I don't have so much control of that tool but you can look over here , there are some tuts that are very very nice
This is the basic technique, first you have to redo a shape that's is not a quality image, and after you can create things like that
And usually you obtain a cleaner work using this tool
