There are a lot of photos on deviantart that almost seem to say: "Look at me. Look at me. Am I sexy? Please give me approval." however, I am glad to say that this photo does not belong to said category. There's a--not to sound corny--but a subtlety and humanness to this photograph...Plus you nailed the an aluring look without eye contact.

What people are saying about the frame (those who don't like it); I think it really fits the photo (I.E the paleness of the skin and the white of the background). Without the frame, I think something would be missing from the photograph.

Usually a border (especially of a completely different colour to the theme) would ruin it, but the pale blue just enhances the pale skin and the innocence of the entire thing :)
