Well, I've heard more impressive beats out of a kick,snare,2toms,hihat,and ride than pretty much anything. It's not the amount of drums, but the sound you can get out of each one, and if ya got a lot of drums you usually don't worry about getting seven sounds out of your ride, or six from your snare...

to fuck i don't!!! i can get so many diff sounds out of everything i have. it's all about experimentation. i can get 27 diff sounds out of my snare; that's what you get when you pay $1500 for one snare drum. the list can go on with all the shit i can do. so fuck the skeptics, i'm getting all the shit i want, and will be able to use all of it. word to the wise: never question some one's talent when their equipment cost more than $20,000

Firstly, just because you're loaded doesn't mean you play well. I'm not saying you don't, but you don't make your argument very persuasive to someone who has not heard you. Secondly, there's no need to be forcefully defensive, if you're good and you know it, why would you care so much what I think? Most people that present themselves that was are not too good at anything except whining and threatening.
