Few things move me more than the sheer simplicity of the power line. coupled with the beautiful background this is one my of favorite peices. I love it.

Wonderful, this landscape is amazing, and the perspective and the colours are great. Where is it located ?

It's in Italy, in Marche, near a small village called Castelluccio di Norcia. There's a flat country very large (as 80 stadiums...). In the first two weeks of july, it's all in bloom and you can see colors like yellow red and blu. See others photo in my gallery, so you'll understand what I mean.

i like the pattern and perspective of the telephone poles. It's quite interesting how the strip of lighter land follows the telephone poles, it looks really cool that way. I might suggest doing something about the sky, because to me, it looks a little overexposed there, but the overall photo looks really good.

Yes the sky is overexposed. The light was low abd grey, so I sacrified the sky to see the land...

Grazie mille, contento che ti piaccia. In genere non amo intervenire pesantemente con photoshop, ma l'inquadratura di questa foto che inizialmente avevo scartato mi piaceva, sol che la luce era bruttissima, scarsa e grigia...e allora ho lavorato un po' di fantasia.
L'ho riconosciuta solo ora...la tua firma...bello l'ultimo album, quello prima mi aveva lasciato un po' freddino. I primi due stupendi.

Era una foto che avevo scartato, percheè la luce era brutta, scarsa e grigia. In genre non amo intervenire pesantemente con photoshop, ma in questo caso l'ho fatto perchè l'inquadratura comunque mi piaceva. Tutto sommato mi sto convincendo che photoshop e simili sono la nuova camera oscura per chi lavora in digitale. Ciò non toglie che personalemente vorrò fare sempre di tutto per fare uno scatto al meglio fin dall'origine.

...and photoshop. It was a shot that I discarded, because the light was low and grey. So I work with fantasy with photoshop and I created this surreal landscape...Not bad the result but I don't like to work hard with photoshop...
PS: My english is bad, I hope you'll understand...

not bad... it's slightly slanted though (either you make it totally "angled" or you make it "straight"). I'd somehow correct the tone of the mountains in background -I'd stick to the "surreal" tone of the yellow fields, it's like the two parts of the photo are on different "levels" or "moods". I like the composition anyway, very prospectic

Non ti sfugge niente! Faccio riferimento ai differenti livelli tra le montagne e i campi. In effetti le montagne era eccessivamente chiare, così le ho "bruciate" un po'...
Era una delle foto che avevo scartato inizialmente, perchè la luce era pessima. Ho intenzione di migliorare la mia conoscenza di photoshop e simili, è una moderna camera oscura e bisogna assolutamente conoscerlo a dovere.
