Description
Poseidon created the horse from seafoam... this is the moment the horse is being created. I tried to convey the feeling that the water and foam is flowing together to form the horse.Done with sculpey. After my first attempt with wire and plasterbindings I wanted to try a different material. It's a bit baroque... but I rather like how it came out.
Not sure how many hours I spent on it but it must be around 20 something. Trying to decide whether to paint it or not...

Impressive form for super sculpey! All those hollow areas...
It would be amazing if you could paint it! Very challenging though!

the thing is done over a wireframe... might show the step by step too then one can see how it is done

Cool. Β This came out great! Β My daughter loves to use Sculpey. Though now she is taking pottery classes where she mainly uses real clay, but personally I like the Sculpey better. Β I will have to show my daughter too, she will love this!

This is my favorite angle on your sculpture... it shows your work off best, I think. So impressed!

Thank you!. I rather like that angle too even though many details don't show that way...
