I like the and the proportions look look right
Only think i notice it that the highlights on the skin are a bit to bright - look s a like a plactic doll
The mask is a bit to flat on her face, to , but else its great - The dragon in the background is amazing

i really like how the dragon creates contrast with the darker blues + background colors, and how it flows through the entire piece, as well as how you brought the reds and warmer tones back into akali's hair + skin which helps her be the center focus. your amount of detailing, smooth shading, and sense of anatomy + pose are also very nice, it shows that you put a lot of time and effort into this, and it pays off quite well. i really like the subtle red lighting which bounces off the dragon and around her, especially on the viewers left side of her. i would like to possibly see more texture in the dragon, particularly the face area as it would help further draw the viewer into the center while not being overwhelming, and i also wish akali was a littttle bigger and more prominent since this would help with readability and establishing her importance compositionally. i also would recommend playing around with blurring the foreground + background in future pieces, since this can help better create a sense of depth, interest and draw the viewer in more towards where you want them to look! overall, your work is very nice and there's a lot of things i really enjoy about this, since i'm a huge fan of use of contrast + eye strain, it creates a lot of interest in the piece as i've stated before.
