It's not really a stare. It's looks more like his "I've done something wrong.." And "oh s**t" faces

Saw a shocked David Tennant face. Saw a few more. Then favorited it. That was a good couple of minutes.
These gifs are so worth favoriting XD

FRIGHT NIGHT.
DO WANT.
All those beautiful men in the movie
I JUST REALISED.
It comes out on the 19th, my college induction day is on the 24th. The cinema is two streets away from the building my induction will be in.....
I am watching Fright Night after my induction.

DEFINITELY.
Oh my Lord, I'm so stoked!
And it has McLovin'! Anytime I see him in a movie, I ROFL. and I know it will be fabulous.
That sounds like a perfect idea!
When I go depends on if it comes to my tiny town's theatre or not.
If not, I'll have to go to Lincoln and make a day of it.
With Indian food and hippie shopping.
Irrelevant!
The movie will be grand!

Yesssss. I looked at the casst list and was like "Dr Who, Chekov, McLovin, etc etc. What a cast list.
If I wasn't going in for my induction day I'd probably have to wait ages to see it cause the bus through to the city is over £10 and that's just...it's just wrong.
I hope you get to see it asap, regardless!
But going to Licoln, seeing Fright Night, hippie shopping and Indian Food sounds even coolers than just Fright Night.
This movie will be sexy AND hilarious.

YES CHEKOV.
I love him as well!
Ugh. Public Transportation is costly everywhere, I think.
It's an hour's drive to Lincoln, and with gas prices, I have to space out my trips. Gas is $3.55 a gallon here.
And all of my friends are in the city, so it super-sucks that it costs so much to get there.
That's what I always do. Everytime, I hit the boho coffeeshop because the nerd who works there is super precious, go to the bookstore, go to the two hippie shops for fun clothes and incense, get Indian food, hang out, get lost. Always. My friend lives in the boonies.
I'm very very excited for the sexiness of David Tennant in this.
And I agree, it will be hilarious. So stoked.

Haha, I loved his Russian voice! So cute!
He is such a cutie himself too.
Public transport ain't so bad when I keep pretending to be under sixteen One Child's fair, please!
Ugh, petrol is never at a decent price. Never.
I love going into the city. I just tend to wander in and out of the clothes shops, wander up the high street and check out the Game store then HMV and then settle in for a good nose around the bookstores. Then I tend to chill at the coffee shop upstairs from the bus station and be all smug over my purchases. Good times.
Man, my cousin lived in some out of the way houses in the city and I've completely gotten lost more than a few times. I feel for you. I had to walk through the rough side of town to get to her last flat too. Haha, her house is on the other side of a river from it and it's all private so only residents can get in. We got a taxi back to hers one night but it had to stop at the 'wrong' side of the river and our taxi driver watched us to make sure we didn't get mugged/attacked before we'd crossed
Hnnnnnnngg, so excited. Look at what he was wearing! There will be sexiness galore.
I haven't been to the cinema for ages so this will be fantastic.

Our pubtrans is just yicky.
There's always crazy people and vomit on the bus. lmao
At least you can claim child's fair!
People have been trying to charge me as an adult since I was fourteen.
Do you know how many times in the past couple of years I could have gotten away with booze in restaurants without an id?
Also! My mom used to send me out for smokes before I turned 18. They NEVER checked my id. The day of my 18th, they started checking it. Even now. Same place and people.
That's nasty.
She lives in a college apartment complex. Not quite dorms.
Well, the way I've learned to go is all crooked. It involves getting on the interstate, taking like seven exits, weird merging and awkward roads... I always get lost.
The other day, she told me I could get there by going down the city's main road and taking a right. FML.
I went not too long ago.
We did a double 'ddate', my mum and bro and I. W went to HP (again for mum and I) and then to Captain America.

Pubtrans over here is pretty good. Our buses sometimes have troubles but a lot of our drivers are real nice
I have met the odd drunk on the bus but only on City buses at night and they're just your average amusing drunks. No troubles from them. Or vomit.
Pffft, people still ID me for dvds, video games and stuff but I've only ever once been IDed for alcohol. It's simultaniously crazy, hilarious and fabulous.
She's moved recently so I don't have to worry anymore
Oh man, I hate it when you get those kind of directions. How long was it before she told you these directions?
Last time I went was for HP's midnight release. T'was cool but it feels like forever ago.
I've been wanting to see Captain America, if only so I can understand Avengers when it comes out I'm going to admit that I am looking forward to that movie so much. All those hot Marvel men in one movie.

That sounds lovely by comparison.
I'm telling you, night time here is scary. Even in my puny and harmless town.
I'm sure it's like that everywhere, I just don't know if it's as bad.
I hate parking garages. When I would go for my tattoo, I had to park in one every time because the parlor was right on the main strip. And my appointments were always late... and I wouldn't get out until way after dark... and it was muhfuckin' creepy. I always called my mom or dad right as I was leaving the place and wouldn't let them off until I was in the car with my door locked. I'm ever-so-slightly less freaked out now, because I'm used to being out late in the city. It's a college town, tons of bars and drunks, high chance for rape and no thank you.
I only ever got IDed for a dvd once. And I didn't have my ID, so I had to run to the car and get it, when I came in, the cashier was talking to my choir partner who also works there. And who vouched for me. I was like 'Where were you five minutes ago?!'
I went to her apartment three times before I knew.
:shadefist:
Oh my goodness, Captain America was really good. I didn't even really want to see it, but it was the only way to get James to HP. And it turned out that I super loved it. Don't tell him. Chris Evans is wonderful.
The Avengers? AWESOME. Can't wait.

Eh, the buses stop running to my part of town after 6:10pm so it's not all good :\
I know what you mean. Nightime alone can sometimes be scary here too. Although we don't have enclosed parking garages so I don't have to put up with that kind of creepiness. I hate those floors high parking garages at night. There's hardly anything or anyone there and that makes it even creepier than if it was full.
Haha, I only ever got IDed for games and dvds after I turned 18. I don't even understand what system they are running these things by.
Seriously, do they make sure to only ask you after your legal? Is it just another way to piss you off? Maybe get back at the customers in a passive agressive way for being annoying? SERIOUSLY, I'D LIKE TO KNOW.
Why couldn't she have said something sooner
That kinda thing happens to me all the time OTL
I was the same with Thor but then I saw Tom Hiddleston playing Loki and ceased to care.
I need to see all these movies now

Sorry, I went for a walk.
And I went about fifteen minutes later than I should have; I wanted to make another loop, but it got dark super fast and I was too scared to go 'round again. It doesn't help that the place I walk in is so full of TREES. It makes it darker and gives more places for people to hide. Pretty, though. haha.
Enclosed parking garages are the bane of my existence.
I think they do it on purpose. It's a conspiracy to tick people off.
I don't know why I'm excited to turn 21, it's not like I've enjoyed the tiny bits of alcohol I've had before. I think it's just that it's the last step to being complete. Like... just this one thing! lol
I didn't get to see Thor. I had the chance to, but I passed.
I probably shouldn't have.
But the people that wanted me to go along were girls all fangirl-y and super impressed by buffness. They weren't even kind of going for the nerdiness. They just wanted to see 'OH MAI GAWD, HIS MUSCLES."
No thanks.
lol

It's cool, bro.
I went to bed not long after my last comment to you because it was heading towards 4am. I don't want to get back into a habit of staying up till the early AMs. OTL
It's been getting dark super fast here too recently. I just went out for a walk ten minutes or so ago and now it is just pitch out there.
I'm sure it's on purpose. I was not excited to turn 21. I don't feel 21, I shouldn't be 21, this responsibility should not be given to me. Ii was happy at around 17/18, the aging process should've stoped there
My family has had no problem with me drinking at all so turning eighteen made no real difference to me
Man, those girls.
They need to nerd out more.
Sure Thor has muscles and everything but THE HELL WITH HIM. Loki is far more hhmmmmmyessss.
I mean, he's the bad guy and he's smart.
Bad guys are hotter. Plus he's got his hair all slicked back and neat, and he's smirking and looking all aristocratic and I just want to mess up his hair so bad like hnnnnnaskl;jflkasjdfl.
But oh yeah, the movie.
See it if you get a chance. You'll need to if you wanna get the full fun out of The Avengers!

I always stay up super late.
It's about one a/m/ now, mom and I are watching Eureka.
We're on the slope towards an early sunset.
I already know that I highly dislike the taste of booze, so I don't have much to look forward to... except signing for loans and renting cars. ...Woo.
Bad guts are effing amazing, I always fall for them. Except Voldemort... unless he looked lots less creepy. Then he might be okay for a pure evil sack of crap. lol
I almost never swoon over perfect hotty McBuff pants-es. It's just not my thing.
I'll have to watch it on dvd.
I'm pretty sure I'll have to go to the Avengers with my brother.
Ugh.

Despite my intentions I always end up staying up late/early.
I don't like a strong taste of alcohol which is why I prefer alcopops and cocktails and the like. They just taste like normal carbonated and fruit drinks respectively! Only they make the room spin in a fun way :'D
Don't forget driving lorries/trucks! You can do that now too!
Like when he was still Tom.....that'd be hawt. Ralph Fiennes, rawr~
Same, buff guys don't do much for me, I like those lithe looking nerd/hipster mens. They're more my type.
Tom Hiddleston is the best thing in this movie. I'm not joking.
Is he a mega fan or something? Cause Marvel fans can go mental for canon continuity and they just make me want to hurt them, because there is plot going on infront of me and I don't need to hear how it doesn't match up any of the comics plots. Nor do I want to hear about the comics plots while the movie is going.

I can drive a semi! But I'm not that good of a driver, and I know my dad hates it lol.
I've always wanted to try Mike's Hard Strawberry Lemonade. Awesome.
I've never tried anything super fruity, just some wines, champagne and a bit of spiced rum. Which was nasty and made me want to cry. I didn't know you had to put coke in it and I was literally putting straight rum to my lips and my mom's friend slow-montioned "Nooooooo!", told me 'It's not like Pirates of the Caribbean, you can't drink it straight." So I filled the glass with coke and it was still super nasty. Do not approve.
He's just a general nerd fan, not obsessed with the comics, so he always comes out of the movies stokes. I don't read many comics, but I've always liked the movies. Kind of like Harry Potter, they don't always get it perfect in the movies, but I super love them anyway.

A semi? Like...a jeep?
I-...I've never even heard of that
I'm not too fond of wine and such, too sharp for my tastes, that's why I love cocktails, they just taste sweet and fruity and you barely, if ever, notice the alcohol in them.
Rum is pretty disgudting, even when you dilute it with something else. That never changes.
Ah, I get you now.
I'm the same. I just try to view them as a different continuity altogether. If I didn't I'd probably end up ranting like all those fans that cling to the origin stories

I looked it up.
You say lorry, we say semi.
Semi-truck. Which makes no sense since it more of a truck than anything I can drive with my regular license.
I figured that's what you meant, but I wanted to be sure.
It must be strictly American.
It's a alcoholic lemonade. They make it plain, rasberry, and strawberry, et cetera.
I know now how much rum sucks. And it was the high-end stuff that I spit out. lol
True!
I noticed the differences, but I realize shit happens. And for Harry Potter, the average movie script (my mom's rum friend writes screenplays)is between 85 and 125 pages, so of course it's going to be different than a 600 page book.

TwilightProwler In reply to fricken-pimp [2011-08-18 21:06:54 +0000 UTC]
So that's what a semi is. I always thought it was one of those tiny trucks. Calling those giant things a semi-anything is just silly. They are far from semi.
Ah. Souncds like Bacardi Breezers. Pretty tasyty stuff then. Yeah anything alcoholic that's typically served in small tumblers is generally awful. Never try sherry, Fee. Oh yuck, never, ever try sherry.
Exactly. Iit's nice to think they'd be able to fit it all in but it's just not practical for your average movie.
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
fricken-pimp In reply to TwilightProwler [2011-08-18 21:11:52 +0000 UTC]
Nope, it's our ginormous ones. When I say I work at a truck stop, it's a ginormous petrol station for semis. And regular cars. But it's got a restaurant and showers and massive amounts of gifts and souvenirs.
So I have to deal with tons of truckers, a vast majority of whom are awful. I'll admit it.
I'll remember no sherry.
On my 'no' list is also Vodka and scotch.
I wish they would make a five hour long Harry Potter movie. But only hardcore fans would sit through it so they'd be losing money.

Yup, see now Truck stop, that I get. Trucks are freaking huge things no matter which side of the pond you're on. Why don't we all just call them trucks and be done with the confusion?
Vodka's ok, if you only pour a little bit and fill the rest of the gladd with cola, you can barely taste it then But Whiskey of any kind is a no
Oh, Fee, that would be EPIC.
I still dream of a day when they'll make an animated Potter movie/tv series. I just know it would be epic.

Well we have trucks, but they're just those crappy two-door, extended cab things. Pickup trucks! And then semi-trucks, which makes no sense. lol
I wish we could all just settle on things.
Everytime mum and I watch anything English, I have to sit with smartphone in hand ready to google whatever slang makes us go: "WHA...?!"
Def no whiskey.
Pretty much all of that is a no.
That would be so good!
I want them to get the cast of AVPM together and make a proper film.
That would make me sooo happy.
