Before you go and say anything, go over to and lavish love on her for providing the lineart to this. She makes the cutest Doctor Who art ever, and, upon seeing it, I just had to color one in.Matt Smith, as I have said and will say many times in the future, is made of adorkable. Seriously.

I'll try- I've never actually seen Torchwood so I'll have to look him up. I've heard all about his character though and his, um, relations with the Doctor... He'll be fun to draw nevertheless!
