Following your post on the critique thread
First off, please accept my compliments for fully crediting the sources you took help from, both for your honesty and presence of mind because I *always* lose my sources. Always.
Secondly, this is really good work! You're on solid ground for further improvement, if you get some practice in fundamental areas. For example, composition. Try the rule of thirds as a guide for what-goes-where for an instantly interesting and balanced picture. Right now, the skull is kinda competing with the head of the girl to be the center of attention, my eye is kind of getting lost in the picture. I think in your place I would shift the girl down, and the skull even lower than that.
The face is well made, but some practice in anatomy will take you far.
Your values are already pretty good, but some lighter lights would definitely make the picture pop. Use them intelligently to guide the eyes of the viewer where you want them to be. Your forms are also well done everywhere except on the right arm, which is now falling a little flat.
All in all a good piece, all the things i mentioned come easily with some careful practice!
