"Ruriko" travels the Rider Worlds as Kamen Rider Remind, determined to restore the Worlds as they once were.

Rider
• "Ruriko": Ruriko is an interdimensional traveller such as Tachibana , but seeks to convince each world she visit to remember their previous timeline. Ruriko resembles Tachibana's mentor Asuka, both in appearances and her ability to transform into Kamen Rider Remind. Ruriko, however, is at odds with Tachibana's observational tendencies and his unwillingness to help change things back to the way they once were.

• Mind: Mind is the artificial intelligence that resides in χ-Terminal for Ruiko's CodeDriver. Mind appears to understand the situation of the Rider Worlds more than Ruriko or even Redux.

Rider OS are the primary form changes of Remind, gaining abilities similar to those from the Recorded Riders.

[Factory OS]: Factory OS is Remind's base form, assessed by inserting the Remind ReCard into the Rider Operating Slot of the CodeDriver.

[Visma OS]: Visma OS is Remind's Kamen Rider Visma-based form by inserting the Visma OBCard into the Expansion Operating Slot of the CodeDriver, invoking Kamen Rider Visma's Dragon Form.

[Zodiac OS]: Zodiac OS is Remind's Kamen Rider Zodiac-based form by inserting the Zodiac OBCard into the Expansion Operating Slot of the CodeDriver, invoking Kamen Rider Zodiac's OnRyuZu Combo.

[Vengence OS]: Zodiac OS is Remind's Kamen Rider Vengence-based form by inserting the Vengence OBCard into the Expansion Operating Slot of the CodeDriver.

[Judgment OS]: Judgment OS is Remind's Kamen Rider Judgment-based form by inserting the Judgment OBCard into the Expansion Operating Slot of the CodeDriver.

[LED OS]: LED OS is Remind's Kamen Rider LED-based form by inserting the LED OBCard into the Expansion Operating Slot of the CodeDriver.

[Carol OS]: LED OS is Remind's Kamen Rider Carol-based form by inserting the Carol OBCard into the Expansion Operating Slot of the CodeDriver.

[Shadow Rider OS]: Shadow Rider OS is Remind's Shadow Ridert-based form by inserting the Shadow Rider OBCard into the Expansion Operating Slot of the CodeDriver while using the Ω-Terminal.

• CodeDriver: The CodeDriver is the transformation device used by Kamen Rider Remind. It contains three slots to insert ReCards: the Rider Operating Slot, the Expansion Operating Slot, and the Utility Interfacing Slot.
• χ-Terminal: The χ-Terminal (or Cross Terminal) is a smartphone-like transformation trinket. It has multiple functionalities, such as creating an artificial space to allow AI to live in, detecting abnormalities, recording data onto a ReCard.
• Ω-Terminal: The Ω-Terminal (or Gate Terminal) is a smartphone-like transformation trinket and an upgrade to the χ-Terminal. It has similar fuctionalities as the χ-Terminal, though performs better and has additional features such as holo imaging projection.
• ReCards: ReCards are memory card like devices. They contain a copy of a world's Kamen Rider and their history. This collection of data is referred as a Recorded Rider.
• OBCards: OBCards are memory card like devices used by Kamen Rider Remind. They contain a copy of a former world's Kamen Rider and their history. This collection of data is referred as a Obsolete Recorded Rider.
