[Column 1] Kamen Rider Visma - Drake Tran's normal teenage life drastically changed when a part time job at a local shop turned into fighting off Celluroid, monsters based on various film genres.
(Row 1/Base Form) Civilian Role: Visma's default form is also the weakest form. While it is possible to fight with the form, Visma switches between his other Roles when fighting.
(Row 2/Super Form) Science Ranger BD Role: Using the BD Flick Disc that was created by his friends and allies, Visma generates a bulky blue armor that strengthen his attacks and has greater mobility.
(Row 3/Final Form) Cinephiliac Role: After finding the Director, the creator of the Celluroids, Visma was given a Flick Reel and access this form. This form is able to summon monotone versions of previous Celluroids he defeated.
(Row 4/"Movie-Exclusive" Form) Animator Role: Having met the Edakumi Sentai Animeger, Visma gets a special Flick Disc to fight alongside his new friends.
(Not Seen/Other Forms) Hero Role, Wizard Role, Detective Role

[Column 2] Kamen Rider Zodiac - A long forgotten conflict is renew again when Takaya Kato discover the He Bing Buckle along with Rat, one of the lost Talisman Warriors.
(Base Form) RyuOuSuji Combo: Zodiac's basic combo of the Dragon, Ox, and Sheep Talisman Warriors. As the only Talismans that Rat had kept during the centuries, this mismatch combo allows Zodiac to fight the remnant army of the Emperor.
(Super Form) Forbidden Snake Combo: With the sudden appearance of the Snake Talisman Warrior, Zodiac was able to use the power of the Snake Talisman in multiple combinations. But slowly Zodiac started to always use the Snake Talisman even when it wouldn't be of help. Snake broke Zodiac when activating the Forbidden Snake Combo, developing a dependent of the form. This wasn't resolved until Snake wanted to redeem itself.
(Final Form) Forbidden Dragon Combo: When Zodiac was successfully able to resurrect the Dragon Talisman Warrior, he was rewarded with the Forbidden Dragon Combo. Unlike the Forbidden Snake Combo, this form didn't have any side effects and is the strongest of the two.
("Movie-Exclusive" Form) SuiZoKo Combo: After encountering the Three Forgotten Talisman Warriors, Zodiac is forced into this form after being possessed by the three spirits.

[Column 3] Kamen Rider Magitek - After an encountered with the mysterious 'Flame Wizard', Takehiru Hamou combined the powers of magical stone fragments with technology to learn how to effectively help others.
(Base Form) Pyro Illusion: Using the Pyro Driver Ring allows Magitek to materialize his default form. After multiple attempts in recreating what he saw, Magitek achieved his hope gaining a power similar to his inspiration.
(Super Form) Disaster Illusion: This Illusion was achieved when Magitek tried to mix his Aqua, Tornado, and Gain Illusions in order to combat a powerful Phantom. While able to do so, the power that this Illusion generate becomes unstable the longer it is used and can cause more damage to the surrounding area.
(Final Form) Sorrowful Truth: By allowing the Leviathan Phantom, Leviatek, to reside within himself, Magitek is able to utilize the power of magic in its entirety. This form symbolizes the hope that could be the result from a period of despair.
("Movie-Exclusive" Form) Vengeful Sorrow Illusion: In order to save Leviatek after being extracted from him, Magitek created an untested Ring by transplanting fragments of the Sorrow Ring with the Pyro Driver Ring.

[Column 4] Kamen Rider Raiden - Ryu Takeda dons the title of Raiden to defend his district in the Kokage City's Rider Battles.
(Base Form) Miracle Arms: Accessed through the Miracle Fruit Lockseed, Raiden access his default form. Raiden don this form after his failing to protect the people of this turf after a battle with another district's Armored Rider.
(Super Form) Katabya Lime Arms: Raiden, after being given a Genesis Core by his brother Fu, uses his Miracle Fruit Lockseed along with Fu's former Key Lime Lockseed to access this combination form.
(Final Form) Kasa Cherimoya Arms: Using his late brother's Cherimoya Energy Lockseed, Raiden don a robe-like armor. After his first use of this form, Raiden discard his Sengoku Driver along with his Lockseeds to reflect on his role in the death of his brother.
