Description
.....Working titleThought about this concept a little while ago thinking it would look pretty cool. Of my characters Chome and Poppy, with him protecting her from something that's also in the woods with them. What sort of thing? I don't know quite yet.
Had fun playing are with the color schemes in this one and the shadowing.

Granny: Ohhh!!! It's good to have nice strong men like you around to keep us nice and safe. We need more people like you around here. And good all that wolf is, is nothing but trouble. Even if my granddaughter is being delusional about it and living in the fantasys and keeps denying it that he isn't. *says while giggles at his bow before does a curtsy* now then shall we head to the gazebo for our tea today?
Poppy: Chase you around?....hmmm...i-i suppose that might work if we do this right...though beware of granny when you do that...she doesn't just use her frying pan for cooking..

Wood Cutter: That would be delightful my lovely~ But I am wondering if I could say hello to your granddaughter. Just because it would be rude not to say hello to her if she was here. *Smiles kindly*
Well she already meet me! She wouldn't hit me with a frying pan..... would she? owo" But anyways! I will see if it works.... Ok I will sneak around back so only the Wood Cutter can see me... and maybe he will come and chase after me!

Granny: Oh? Oh yes of coarse you can. I gotta get the tea anyways. *hears whistling from inside* see it's calling me. You can just wait out around here. And my grand daughter should be hanging around here somewhere. *she said as she goes in*
Poppy: Umm...well you're not her grand daughter so she might...if you're not careful...and if you push her buttons too much..but....sounds like a good plan...

Wood Cutter: Ok! That is great! I will be waiting out here when you return! *Once she is inside he starts to look around for Poppy* Oh Poppy~ Come out come out where ever you are~
*Ears perk up when she hears what the Wood Cutter said and growls* ..... hmmm hey Poppy, can I borrow your Red Hood for this?

Poppy: *Shivers at his voice and almost goes to find a new hiding spot if it wasn't for Chrome holding her in place. Pauses when you spoke* M-my cape?...uhhh....i don't see why not...what do you need it for...*unties it and hands it to you*
You're disquising as Poppy aren't you?.....where are you going to get rabbit ears?
Chrome: *gave a thoughtful look before grabbing something and holds them up* Long leaves? *he suggested thinking they were long enough shape to use them as bunny ears.

To lore him out and see if I can't get him caught in the act by your grandma!! But I don't need bunny ears *Flips hood over head* Tada! OH! but that works even better! *Holds out hands for the leaves, planning on putting them in her hair so they could be hanging out like bunny ears*
Wood Cutter: Oh come on~ I still need dinner after this little tea party

Poppy: *supervises before nods.* Hmmm i suppose that looks alright. Don't have the red hair but it should work...*twitches when hears the wood cutter* now you better get out there he's getting impatient...

Ok ok! Wish me luck! *Walks over to where the Wood Cutter was. Wrapping her tail around her leg so he couldn't see that she wasn't Poppy* ....
Wood Cutter: Oh there you are little one *He said as he looked over at Granny's house before he shot out to try and catch her. But missed cause she moved out of the way* Don't move!!

Chrome: *nods* yeah and even if the leaves don't fully look like Poppy's ears they're convincing enough.
Poppy: and wrapping her tail like that makes it look like a rabbits tail! ^^

Wood Cutter: *Keeps trying to catch 'Poppy'* STOP MOVING! Your starting to annoy me!!!
*Grins as she continues to dodge him until she tripped over a rock* Oh no!
Wood Cutter: Hahahaha I got you! *He picks Spotted up by her leg, hanging her upside down* and no big bad wolf to save you now little fur ball! wait..... *He notices the cat tail* your not....

Poppy: *gasps shivering as she watches the scene* Oh no...S-spotted....
Chrome: *eyes widen too, before narrows them. not wanting to just be on standby when his friends are indanger...cause any friend of Poppy's was a friend of his. sets poppy down from his hold. Gets up to stand up in a crouch before gives a howl, before growls and charges at the axe man on all fours*
(i've seen it now, just picture the kids from Wolf Children when they are running around on all fours in sort of human form.)

Wood Cutter: WHAT THE!?! Why are you here? *He asked as he jumped out of Chrome's way* You mutt, I should of gotten rid of you a long time ago! *He complained, but still held Spotted upside-down*

Chrome: *growled as he missed, and moved to turn around to face the man again giving a stern face, and digging his clawed fingers in the ground*
Granny: What's all this rukus out here? *comes outside with her tray of tea, though she soon ends up dropping it at the scene before her* Wolf!!! What are you doing here!?
Chrome: *snaps out of his gaze and looks at the Granny wide eyed*
Granny: A-and why are you holding one of Poppy's friends like that Woody? *remembers you from earlier*

Wood Cutter: U-uhh... this little one was trying to take Poppy's cape you see! So I caught her so I could return it to her when this wolf came out of no where and started to attack you see!
NO!! HE IS L- *Mouth is all of a sudden covered by the Wood Cutters finger*
Wood Cutter: See I think this little one and this wolf has been tricking your granddaughter in believing that they were good to hag out with, but in reality they were just going to steal from her!

Poppy: *standing from the sidelines starts to protest* b-but Gran....
Granny: No buts! *goes to grab Poppy's arm* and you should go to inside where i know you are safe from these beings.

*Growls before biting the Wood Cutter's finger so he would uncover it so she could talk* Mrs. Granny! Were not the bad one's here!!! I ASKED, to use this cape so I can prove that the Wood Cutter dude was chasing after Poppy! I would never steal from your daughter! Nor would Chrome hurt Poppy!!!
Wood Cutter: Don't listen to them Granny! I will take care of these misbehaving children!

Wood Cutter: ..... *Finds it to be a great time to finally catch Poppy*

Wood Cutter: Oh and what is the little puppy going to do? *He asked, knowing that he would of lunged at him, but since he had Spotted he guessed that he wouldn't*

Poppy: *gasps not able to run with her holding up grandma. So tries to do the only thing she can think of and tries to for defense kick the wood cutter. Her legs being a bit more stronger then a humans.*

Wood Cutter: OWW!!! *He shouted as he pulled his hand away when he was kicked suddenly. Since he wasn't expecting it he also dropped Spotted*
*Finally on the ground she ran over to Poppy's side to help her out with Granny* You ok?
Wood Cutter: You will pay for that you two!

Poppy: U-uhh....yeah i'm alright...*a little started from kicking the other man. Though glad that got him to leave her alone...or at least for a moment....and it got her new friend free* i'm okay now. *she said*

Ok! Good.... now let's get Granny inside the house so she can be safe! .... Do you think Chrome will be ok if we leave him out here?
Wood Cutter: Grrr.... *He growled through tight jaws as he reached for the two again*

Chrome: *seeing this gasps, before makes his own growl and since the wood cutter no longer has a hold of anyone charges at him and grabs the back of his shirt with his teeth trying to hold him back from them*

Wood cutter: *Is all of a sudden yanked back, away from the two he was trying to catch* You little- *he said as he tried to turn around to push Chrome off of him* I don't want to deal with you today!
Come on Poppy! We need to get your Granny safe! *Tries to carefully pick up Granny so she can be move to where she can't get hurt*

Poppy: *looks back worriedly at her giant wolf friend though slowly nods* o-okay *she said going to help carry Granny. Having a friend help making her easier to carry*
Chrome: *kept a stern look not looking like he was going to leave him alone any time soon makes a growl sound before muffles his teeth still holding on to the others shirt* I ont leeee ou ut em! (I won't let you hurt them)

Wood Cutter: So that's how it's going to be then *He said in an aggravated tone of voice. He turned his body around as far as he could before he tried to first push the wolf boy off of his shirt, but if that didn't work he would try to push him off with his foot, or kick him.*

Chrome: *he growled shutting his eyes to try and avoid some of the man's hits though was determined to keep him away from Poppy. So after a moment decided to use his hands to the man holding him away from his face and keeping his arms pinned.* there this way bad man can't hurt anyone!
Poppy: Ummm...*the rabbit girl scanned the yard before spotted the gazebo* h-how bot over there? *she said gesturing to it*

Wood Cutter: HEY! *He shouted as he started to struggle in the boys grip* Let me go! You don't understand how hungry I am!!! I can't live on bread and tea my whole life *he complained*
Ok! *She said as she helped Poppy carry her Granny over to the gazebo*

Chrome: *gaze him a hard, narrow look, silver eyes looking fierce.* and why does that have to be my friend?
Poppy: *glanced back a few times at her wolf while carrying before once they reached the gazebo carefully set her down on the bench.* there we go...she should be okay here...

*Nods once Poppy's Granny is safe before looking back at the two* We need to help him, even if he can handle this we need to do something about the Wood Cutter!!!

Well we can help try to get him tied up or something! Maybe we could help tie him up or something... Like in the scene in starwars... I think like the 5th movie where they have to trip up the giant walking ships so that they don't destroy the generator! *Starts to rant on about starwars*
Wood Cutter: Oh and what? A little puppy is going to stop me? *He asked with a loud laugh before he tied to flip the wolf boy over him.*

Poppy: *tilts her head, living most of her life pretty simple and only around simple technology like lights.* Star.....wars? The stars in the sky are having a war? and tie him up?
Chrome: *though he's relatively strong and much taller then the wood cutter, gets caught off guard when he was flipped. The ground below giving a shake when he went down on his back*

Oh owo" I guess you really wouldn't be able to watch a movie out here now would you... *She said before rubbing the back of her head* Hey how about after we take care of the Wood Cutter I take you and Chrome to go watch all the Starwar's movies!!! But anyways, before that do you have any rope? So we can tie that mean dude up! What that!? *she said as she felt the ground shake and looked over to Chrome*
Wood Cutter: You will pay for annoying me now you annoying pest! *he announced as he tried to pin down the wolf boy. He knew he might not be as big as Chrome but he was fairly strong.*

Poppy: Umm....well I think we got one in the shed....*looks and sees that's on the other side of Chrome and Axe man* ummm....*looks and sees a garden hose that's closer to where they are* though we have that as well..*she gave a squeak and looked to the two seeing Chrome pinned* Chrome!
Chrome: *whimpered and growled in his struggles before his ears perked hearing his friends voice* Poppy and friends run! *he demanded with a bark not wanting to put them in danger*

*Spotted's ears perk up when she heard Chromes command but only snorted.* No! *She shouted as she looked over at the hose and then over at the shed* You get the hose and I'll go get the one in the shed ok! *She said and ran over to the shed quickly without letting anyone argue with her plan*
Wood Cutter: Ha, of course your little 'friends' are going to run! That's what prey does, and that is why I hunt them. *He said as he kept Chrome pinned and reached for his ax on his back but had some trouble pulling it out.* I am going to finally get rid of you!

Chrome: *gasps at the sight of the axe, pupils narrowing into slits* y-you wouldn't dare....

Poppy! Your going to have to stop the Wood Cutter from getting his ax out! *Spotted said as she swung the shed door open and grabbed the rope*

Poppy: *looks over with a shocked face her heart pounding in fear as she observed. Afraid to approach the man, but her wolf friend was in trouble! And she couldn't just watch! So shutting her eyes gathering up her courage went to sprint over* YAAAAAAA!!! *once she gets close enough moves to grab the man from behind and try to hold him back*

Wood Cutter: What the? *He said said as he felt something 'holding' him back which caused him to chuckle* So your little friend does have to courage after all *He said a large grin on his face as he lifted her up, or tired to.*
Oh no *She said as she made her way over to the Wood cutter. Turning into her cat form she dragged the rope around the Wood Cutters feet before sneaking over to Chrome's hand and slipping the rope through his hand* Chrome pull this when I tell you ok *She whispered into his ear*

Poppy: *tried to hold on as much as she could. But her lightweight body was making it difficult as she felt the wood cutter start to lift her*
Chrome: P-Poppy! *glances over as he saw Spotted tie the rope around him. Blinking before nodded to show his understanding with what he had to do.

Wood Cutter: Ha you all are making this all to easy *He said as he lifted Poppy up in the air. He knew the drop wasn't deadly or harmful to her, but he knew she would probably be to scared to jump from a good way off the ground.* Ha! I will have a feast tonight!
Don't get your hopes up to high! *Spotted hissed as she scaled the Wood Cutter's leg and over to his face as she started to claw at his cheek*
Wood Cutter: AH! What the!? *He said as he let Poppy drop to the ground. Though she was mostly going to land on top of Chrome because of where he held her at. But now he tried to swat Spotted off his face* Get off!!!
Now Chrome *She said as she jumped off the Wood Cutter before she was hit by him*

Poppy: Ahhhh!! Ouuuuf! *groans a little as she landed although Chrome softened it for her. And Chrome reacting by circling his arm around her for comfort then he nodded at Spotteds command*
Chrome: Anyone who tries to hurt Chrome's friends better pay! *he said before giving the rope a hard tug*

Wood Cutter: *He felt his feet move from under him as it constricted his feet together. Causing him to fall backwards with a loud thud. Before he knew it his hands were also tied together by a hose* What the!?! What have you brats done!? *He hollered as he struggled to get free, but found it useless.* What are you going to do with me!?!
*Was now in Anthro form again as she made her way over to the Wood Cutter's face and gave him a stern look.* This is what you deserve for tormenting not just Poppy and Chrome! But also for all the woodland creatures in this forest and for lying to Poppy's Granny!!! .... but what your punishment isn't up to me, but instead it is up to Poppy and Chrome.

Chrome: *quickly gets up and away from the axe man taking Poppy along with him protectively. Watching the man go down* Yeah what you deserve! You Bad man! *he growled*
Poppy: Mmmm yeah! and....we get to choose? *she asked curiously when talking about punishment was brought up.*

Well it isn't my choice on what happens to him since I wasn't the one he was mean to. But I mean you don't have to give him a punishment if you don't want to, but do you think that if you don't punish him then he wouldn't stop hunting you two? *She asked as she flicked her tail and looked down at the Wood Cutter who was still trying to get free.*
Wood Cutter: *Is silent.*
