talking about weights.. i don't understand people about weight the other they my dad told me i needed to win some weight he say i lost too much weight e3e God i just tell people to stop ''complaining'' about my weight is not their problem :u but indeed i don't even people when they complain about weight, all that matters is your health

well if you're skinny to the point where it;s causing health issues then gain weight,just like if you're fat enough to the point where it causes health issues then lose some.

i literally didn't believe my doctors or my dad when they said i was healthy bc i was taught from TV and stuff that chubby/fat was not healthy
