I took some liberties with Dewott's original design, such as removing the whiskers and allowing the blue "puff pants" to extend all the way down and wrap around its legs.Seriously one of my favorite water starters, but I will admit that I enjoy Dewott's design more than Samurott's.
Note to Self: Look up tutorial on how to draw water.
