I remember this show, it was amazing! I especially liked how they gave the villains backstories and could make them likable depending on the episodes. (If I'm remembering correctly, there was an episode where they hinted at Hotstreak becoming a good guy before it ended up being canceled).
I also like the lightning effects you've done, they look very cool!

I think you find most of the episodes online, I actually rewatched a few of the episodes a while back. Some were familiar, others were not. I don't think the network they was on ran very many reruns.
