Okay, so I promise I have at least SOME kind of explanation for this nonsense!
Tendon sent me a still from the episode Sideshow Bob's Last Gleaming of Bob ranting about air shows. It looked absolutely ridiculous, but also kind of looked like Fear?? Somehow? So I very quickly sketched the still out as Fear and sent it back.
Eventually I stumbled upon it again and decided the facial expression was too amazing to leave as a sketch, so I finished it. I AM A SUCKER FOR STUPID FACES.
