Powers/Weapons:
The Obelisk has the ability of super speed. While his top speed is not known, he has the ability to break the sound barrier.
He has superhuman strength. He also has enhanced physique able to satisfy the physical needs of his powers.
He has the power of immovability. His cells cannot be moved.

Origin:
Buford Mundy was a down on his luck loser, but with incredible powers.....and a bad heart. After a brief fight with the champions of Hero factor 10, Buford suffered a heart attack and died. His body was claimed by I.N.D.I.G.O. for research. His body was transferred to Project: Saints & Sinners. The aim was to put trained professionals in the mental pilot seats of the bodies of the most dangerous criminals alive. Mundy's situation was unique because of of his powers
was immovability was not allowing the body's cells to decay. They had an empty body with a ready pilot, so all they needed was a new heart. The body was outfitted with what is basically a mobile iron lung. He has joined the team of Project: S&S affectionately known as The DeaDB0ltZ.
