Looks like she took a big whiff of hydrochloric acid. Maybe if the mane 6 were actually caring about other ponies safety rather than vainly exhibiting their friendship constantly, things like this just wouldn't happen.

Oh god I remember somebody set this as their spray on TF2, I was playing Harvest, and seeing it through the window, I literally screamed "WTF was that!"
This is creepy, but cute at the same time.

I would absolutely love to know how you've made your artwork. It all looks traditional, but it looks like the quality on every picture has been messed up as well as if you saved it under a different file type in order to make the image look worse. But I could be terribly wrong. Perhaps it could be photoshopped pictures for all I know. I can't see to find any information on how you obtain such crazy pieces of art.
Whatever the case, I sincerely hope to find more fancy artwork from you in the future.

Everything is done in mspaint (windows xp ver.) and the organic feel is a result of how the images are compressed, as well as the technique used in the drawing itself and how it reacts to said compression. In this case, the images are saved as low-quality jpegs. The compression creates jpeg artifacts, in which I use to soften the image and blend the values.
It's an opposition to the typical, artificial aesthetic of most digital painting styles. It doesn't work well on flat colors though — the drawing has to be particularly detailed. Artifacts are only prominent among contrasting elements, and more so throughout vivid colors.
I do the compression in photoshop because it offers more control over the image quality. Afterwards I tend to save the image again, as a png, because jpeg files don't support transparency. From there I just crop out what I want (using the initial, uncompressed image to make a clean selection) and save it again as a png. That's just if I don't really care to make a background for the pic, which is usually the case \o/

Oh wow! That is totally sweet the way you save it under a different file type in order to get different textures... that is amazing! I also have to say, thank you so very much to responding quite honestly to my question. I'll be honest, I didn't exactly expect a serious answer so.. I feel honored somewhat. Have you ever considered doing a recording of the process in which you do draw and edit these pictures? I would love you forever if you had such a recording!
Ahem.. anyways, did you learn this technique on your own, did you find snippets on how to do said texture elsewhere or what? I am completely new to this style of texturing, so you can't blame me for being -too- curious. Nnn this stuff just looks so great!

Sorry, I don't get on here all that often and when I tried replying to this the first time I accidentally shutoff my computer before I sent it lmao
It's actually something that I picked up on ages ago, when I just started drawing junk digitally. I didn't know what kind of file to save it as at the time, so I tried different ones. I started with mspaint, and it compresses jpegs by default. I've just developed different techniques and modes of recognition over time and this stuff is pretty much the result.
I might do a video sometime, I've been meaning to.
