I have been wanting to make this character for a while, she is my absolute favorite of all my little cartoon obsessions. Thank you Tex Avery and Preston Blair for making her!This is Red Hot Riding Hood, who is also Swing Shift Cinderella, and also Miss Vavoom in the Droopy Dog Cartoons.
I made this a little stylized, the coloring looks that way because i wanted it to :Flirty: I am just messing around with styles right now and it was dynamic like she is.
