I did this a loooong time ago and just adored the way it turned out. The worst part is even right after making it, I tried to do another and couldn't recreate it! I know I used a lot of filters in photoshop, but damn if I can do it again! *scratches head*Still, I think it looks too cool not to submit ^_^

I just played around with a metric buttload of filters in Photoshop. Sometimes me and my boyfriend will even have contests where you can only use judicious use of pshop filters and we see who can come up with a better picture.

lol. You probably should even remember the shortcut key to repeate the effect and just hit that over and over.
The only problem with that is repeating can get dificult, but it's still fun
