Jasper was result of mass wartime Gem cultivation, as seen in the Beta kindergarden. She wouldn't exist either.
Lapis would've been just another member of the aristocracy in Blue Diamond's court.
Peridot would've been an Era I peridot, as the without a rebellion, there wouldn't have been a shortage (artificial or not), that would've required the "lessening" of gems.

I find it interesting that Garnet wouldn't have existed had Rose not started the rebellion. I think it's pretty smart seeing as she's two people made into one who is in herself her own person.
