Since this year marked the 30th anniversary of the original “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” series back in 1993. And also the 1 year anniversary of the tragic loss of former “Power Ranger” actor “Jason David Frank” last year. We decided to do another poster for the 30th anniversary of the original show that started it all and brought decades of rangers to the west from Japan. By having some of our OC’s portraying the original rangers in their suits from the series. although not entirely lore accurate, but we decided to add both the green an white ranger as tribute to the late actor himself.

As for Malikar, we needed someone to portray as “Lord Zedd”. And Xeron wasn’t really fitting since he’s an Aztec themed god. And Malikar, is indeed an evil wizard.plus no one on IMVU has a skin or an avatar based on the emperor of evil. Not the best Z-staff, but will do.

And since “Power Rangers Cosmic Fury” is the end of the original timeline going back to 1993. Starting from “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers”, and ended in 2023. We will be waiting until 2025 for a reboot of the franchise. Meaning things will change after 30 years of adapting from the Japanese toku series “Super Sentai”. As “Cosmic Fury”, is the last one to adapt from its original Japanese series “Uchu Sentai Kyuranger” (zord wise only sadly). With only 10 episodes on Netflix. That means no more having to adapt from its original Japanese predecessors, and can have a hard reboot to the series. Meaning a new timeline, and who knows what else.

power rangers has had been a huge impact in my life growing up until going into middle and high school, but late in my junior year I decided to get some nostalgia and try getting back into it. Heck when we’ve started on DA back in 2013, we used to do a lot of power rangers themed stuff. Heck my fursona started out as a power ranger, before becoming what you all know them as today. Most of my OC’s originally started out as characters for my fanfics of power rangers, and became some of my famous OC’s today because of it, and how they are now too. If it weren’t for the series, we may not have been what we are today.

and whatever the reboot maybe, I really owe it to the original timeline that began in 1993. Cause I grew up with some of it as a kid, and made some friends along the way too on here and online elsewhere. Even though we hardly done much involved with power rangers as much as we did when we started. It still has been apart of my childhood like every other superhero we’ve known today.
