Oho look at this handsome fella  
First thing I noticed was the lovely orange light from left it gives such a calm presence to the piece and suits Val so well like he is out in the rising ssun  
In your style he looks so much more confident, mature and handsome The nose is one of my favourite features here for  some reason; it is so cute and pointy very nice underlip too I like how it shines The eyes are also very mesmerizing I like how the orange light makes the markings almost seem like they are glowing a bit Nicely drawn swirls .happybounce: you are hiding his flowers a bit more than I've seen others do which is quite realistic in terms of how we would normally wear flowers in our hair his crystals look like tiny raindrops (you have forgotten the three crystals in the middle of his forehead creating what looks like a butterly's head - these are kind important for this reason so would you mind adding them in ^V^? other than that I have no complains ) 
The horns almost seem on fire which is such a nice effect Love the fluffy hair and the ears are simple and cute ^V^ Myself loving to do the huge chunk of black shading under the chin can appreciate it here too mixing a yellow light source with purple shading is really nice I like it
