Are you using an analog camera here? I wish I had one, I am trying to achieve this effect in photoshop with digital photos.

Yes it was taken with an analog camara. in german what you mean is "Filmkorn". I think you mean that blury structures of the film at iso 100 lesser than with iso 400.
search for some tutorials in youtube, i just found one in german.

nice dynamic capture of architecture. all the layering makes it kind of overwhelming. the color tones also add to that. they're not quite grayscale, but they're more subtle than desaturated duotone.
