Here are 10 more of the characters I like, but everyone else seems to hate:
10. The Beast Wars Transformers: Why people hate them? Because they don't like the idea of Transformers turning into animals instead of vehicles. Why I like them? Because their show is awesome and has an interesting story arc and great characters.
09. The cast of the 7D: Why do people hate this show? Because according to them it "destroyed the Seven Dwarfs". Why I like this show? Because it's funny, the characters are likeable and the voice cast is great too.
08. Summer Smith (Rick and Morty): People think she's bland. But I think she's an awesome character too. When she went buff and started beating up bullies, I began to like her more.
07. The Wuzzles: Why do people hate them? Because they think they're freaks (I'm not kidding: WatchMojo called them "Freaks of Nature", when they listed them on the Top 10 Worst Disney shows list (I'm still pissed at them for making that list... Jerkasses...)), and an attempt to cash-in on Care Bears. Why I like them? Because most of them are likeable and their show is pretty good. I like Hoppo, Moosel (I wish he appeared in the last episode), Butterbear, Eleroo and Bumblelion, but I'm not really fond of Rhinokey...
06. Miles "Tails" Prower (Sonic): Why do people hate him? Because they think he's annoying. Why I like him? Because he's supportive a good friend of Sonic's.
05. Maud Pie (My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic): Why do people hate her? Because they think she's boring, always deadpan, has no emotions, all she cares about is rocks, blah-blah-blah. Why I like her? Because she's a good sister to Pinkie and because of her superhuman (or in this case superpony) strength.
04. Minka Mark (Littlest Pet Shop): Why do people hate her? Because they think she's annoying. Why I like her? Because she's a good painter.
03. Donatello (TMNT 2012): Why do people hate him? Because of his crush on April. Why do I like him? Because he's smart, reliable, supportive and the brains of the Turtles!
02. Katie and Sadie (Total Drama): Why do people hate them? Because they think they're annoying with them always wanting to stay together. Why do I like them? Because they're two of the few characters on Total Drama, who aren't/hadn't been turned into complete jerks as the show went on.
01. Bubbles (Powerpuff Girls): Why do people hate her? Because they think she's the weakest Powerpuff Girl and annoying with her high-pitched voice. Why do I like her? Because she's got a gift of language, likes animals and just as badass (or as Tara Strong would say: "Hardcore") as Buttercup or Blossom.

I don't know why do they hate Tails, Bubbles, Minka and Maud Pie. I like these characters.

I don't hate any of these characters. (Even though Total Drama is one of my least favorite cartoons. But I digress.) I love Minka, Bubbles, and Tails. I don't see why anybody should hate them. They're so adorable.

I've seen two camps with Maud: They either hate her because they think she's boring, or love her because she cares about her sister, and they think she's fun to watch. I personally like her a lot.
Bubbles, as far as I've seen, it the fan favorite of the Powerpuff Girls. She's my favorite too, when I was 5 or 6, I went as Bubbles for Halloween. And I personally find her high pitched voice cute.

I don't dislike Katie and Sadie because they like being together, I hate it when they fight over the simplelest things. Also then really don't seem to have any personality besides each other. That's why I hate them at least, but they aren't the worst.

I remember when WatchMojo did a Transformers list and Transformers fans were brutally bashing Beast Wars just because it was Number#1 on the list and Prime wasn't. That video was pretty awful mind you, as they also had Energon quite high on the list...

Bubbles? Everyone I know LOVES Bubbles. Several people I know say that she's their favourite Powerpuff and she was definitely my favourite growing up. I liked Blossom best at the start because I was five years old and had only just started watching, so I based preference on colour (pink's not my favourite any more), but as time went on, I learned to love Bubbles.
Katie and Sadie have potential to grow, but they need some screentime to do so. The last time I saw them, they were still pretty shallow. Have you ever noticed they just squeal over some guy every season? Justin and Trent especially, but when everyone splits into teams for the final three, they're both on Team Alejandro. When the final three arrive, Sadie remarks that he's "even hotter in person"...now that's shallow, considering everything he did that season.
