This is great. It's so smooth and the reflection is very well done. With which pencils did you draw this?

Just your average pencils, Papermate wood pencils for large coverage and Pentel HB leads.

For me, eyes and smiles are the center of human beauty.
You did a beautiful job on this. The sharpness and darkness of the lower lashes is very well done. You handled the reflection very well.
May I ask if this is close to the paper original, or if it is darker than the original?

This actually is probably one of the best scans, and thus is pretty darn close to the original. Unfortunately, my scanner seems to ruin most of my drawings.

Don't forget that once you scan the image you can then post-process it it photoshop to match the scan to the original.
First, I see you are scanning grayscale drawing in RGB Color.
Try scanning them in Grayscale.
The autoexposure settings on your scanner may screwing the image up, try turning auto-exposure, or auto-mode off, the adjust it in Photoshop.
Scanners always flatten the dynamic range of an image and blur it. So it will typically need a Levels or Curves adjustment in PS. It will also typically need sharpness.
NOTE: Do not let your scanner auto sharpen, auto de-speckle, or auto de-screen. Do all of that in photoshop.
