Description
No need to dig out your old 3D glasses, the only requirement for this trick is two eyes. Stare at the white area between the two images and cross your eyes until you see a third image in focus in the middle. You'll know right away if you did it right.I was surprised at how easy it was to actually do a shot like this. It's only a matter of two shots at slightly different angles--the same principle behind the real-time depth perception happening with our eyes and brain.
I might scrap this if and when I ever come up with a more creative shot. I want every photo I take now to be faux-3D. It's too cool.

Oh, that's fun! When I was little, I really liked those magic eye things. I was really good at them. I can see any one. I would even look at wallpaper like that and try to find irregularities in the pattern by seeing what became three dimensional. This is more satisfying, though, since it is "real." You should do more!
