Well I have been enjoying my new Bamboo tablet. I figured I'd post my first WIP. Yeah I skipped a few steps but I don't even know how this is gonna end up looking. She's supposed to be some shark-mermaid creature with tentacles for hair standing in water blood all around. And yes, I did use a reference for this pic. I have it taped up on my wall since I hate flipping through screens.And no I'm not gonna put a mature content filter cause this is art, not porn.
My next one however...yeah I'm not gonna hold back. I'll have to crop it for DA since I'm gonna do Hades fucking Persephone full on hardcore bloody and nasty. Why? Cause I goddman feel like it!

He's actually gonna be kinda creepy. I'm almost done. I have an "R" rated DA version and an XXX rated version staying closer to the original concept for another site.

Oh wow, she's wild-looking! You pulled off the tentacle hair look about the best I've ever seen. The translucent fins on her back look great. As exotic as you draw your characters, she'd look super with webbed hands like: [link]
I hope you re-visit her sometime and show us her aquatic lower half, be it exotic tail, or finned legs with webbed feet!!

I think finned legs with webbed feet. Never been a fan of traditional mermaids which I called her a Siren instead. I might do a similar peice but I'm doing something really gory, evil, disgusting and blatantly pornographic right now. I'll have to crop it for DA. It involves Hades and Persephone. And if you know your greek mythology it wasn't all rainbows and roses. I want to capture the sheer brutality of their...meeting. In order for me to do that properly it'll have to be pretty damn extreme.
