There is only one thing to do call Doctor Strange and Doctor Pym, Strange should be able to reverse the TG or cast an illusion that will make Peter seem male and Giant Man/Golaith/Ant-Man/Yellow Jacket can use his Pym Particles to increase Spidey's size Ten fold or more.
