Have any of you lovely ppl played Yo-kai watch?
I have to admit, i'm playing the first game atm and enjoying it
I really didnt think I would because some of the Yo-kai are just SO DAM UGLYand not even normal ugly... like creepy "WTF am I playing" kinder ugly
...and i love it
In case you havnt played it, this is Whisper.
I'm honestly not sure if he HAS any powers but so far he's like your tutorial giving mascot for the game
I LOVE the game style,
the art style is so anime and cute
the game plays like Fantasy life and animal crossing and pokemon all mixed up
and playing this game has DEFINATLY helped me with my bad days.
I'm fine, depression kicked in earlier this week and was kinder low for a while but im crawling back up to normalness now!

I've gone into it completely blind, knowing absolutely nothing
its been a wild ride i must say... some of the yo-kai are nightmare inducing
but some are adorable

Ahh, I love yo-kai watch, and this guy really got me into the franchise <33 He's just so great that he ended up being my top fav yo-kai!
Whisper does have powers but he chooses to repress them, and a few evolutions that are in the 2nd and 3rd games.

im so brand new to this game i have NO IDEA about whats good against what or how to evolve them or anything but it's quite fun playing it blind

Same, I did the same thing, and had more fun discovering areas and stuff!
He does fight and is befriendable in yo-kai watch 3. He's not very strong though, but it makes sense due to his lack of battle experience.

dUDE I FREAKING LOVE YO-KAI WATCH (literally wearing a Jibanyan shirt right now). Friggin love whisper. The noodly arms are perfect for him.
Favorite yo-kai is definitely Hideabat. But roughraff is a close second.
I think my "final" team for the first game was Sheen, Rattelle, Komane, Blizzaria, Shogunyan, and Mama Aura. Def needs some tweaking for the late-game but they are my kids (and one mom)

I'm sure you'll see a few of them at some point! Ngl, it's completely possible to get through the whole game and not even know certain yo-kai exist. To fill the medallium I had to look specific ones up just to see where they even were because i literally never ran into some of them

I managed to get Auntie Hearts? apparently shes rare
she just heals the team all the time, which is useful but i like attacky Yo-kai more

my son is OBSESSED with yo-Kai he has both watch toys and a ton of metals plus yo-Kai watch 2 (bony spirits) on his DS. he even has a little book for his metals and some storage container that's like a battery or something he never uses XD we also have a game of yo-Kai life that we play as a family

it's like I said in the descrition
it's cute like Fantasylife
and has great stories and characters
and yeah the collecting random ghost/ spirits is like Pokemon
it IS a bit childish but hey, of course it is, its for kids!
but it has kept me hooked for a while

Oh god! XDDD Her name is Chatalie, she makes you brag about everything. You can find her in Downtown Springdale in the Springdale Business Tower on the 4th or 13th floor. You can also get her in a sidequest in Chapter 6. I may also have a crush on her >//////<

The joys of it having more than one save file option. POKEMON, TAKE NOTES SO PEOPLE CAN HAVE SEPARATE FILES TO PICK ALL THREE STARTERS, INSTEAD OF HAVING TO RESTART THE GAME!

Apparently! Like I said, I can't even get past the first part.
Stupid over powered bosses. My yokai are in level 40s, and I still can't beat the boss! I got close once, but then I got slaughtered.
