Ok, so... I got Paint.NET, and I've been experimenting a little.I'm really excited, because for a long time I've wanted to, like, color my pictures and make them glow and make them look all soft and whatnot... With this, you can expect some better pieces from me in the future!
And, as always, if you've got any advice...
