Description I decided to show a process of how I make a character and how long it takes. I've had the concept in my head for a while now (both for this prompt and this character) so that explains the short time. If I were to do one from scratch, it would take much longer.

I'll go into detail over who this is after I do a background.

Interesting process and interesting resulting character design, shame it's of no use to me, but it's nice to have the insight.

Ah... so THAT'S the wire frame i need to go for - i used to hate seeing these in comics in place of updates. Now they're USEFUL.

Yeah, they really help when planning out comics. If you draw simplistic, though, they're actually en cumbersome. Like chibi. Lacking a neck makes chibi wire frames weird as hell to work with.

i'm trying for realism - i want to one day be in a position where i can safely take up the drawing of my own comic if anything goes horridly wrong.

Every time my artist has a problem, everything falters... i don't want to end up in the same position as abstract gender, posting script after script while waiting for an artist before finally stopping all together.
