This is awesome!
I thought however that Nihilus had dreadlocks due to the canon actionfigures they have made of him, but this is very cool as well.

Dreadlocks? I don't think so. If you know his story, he basically attached his "spirit" to mask and robe to survive. So, it`s a "force ghost" essentially. The idea was to show force flow from the mask.

Yes. I know his story. He is a wound in the force. Yet he took forcebonding up to such level and was able to do this to such a large popation that he could drain them all at once. I rather see his physical appearance as a husk. In the star wars knights of the old republic action figure series, one can remove the cap from his head and there we see a tail with dreadlocks youtu.be/nNNNv-Dp-bw
At some point the guy remived the cap. There you can see it. The figure is canon btw
