Done atlas, i wanted to portray all the major characters in Airon Samurai's story but then why not i just put them all in one picture.Well there is probably a lot of problems with this picture,but i did it rather quick because of my lack of time.
Anyway on the pic you can see a several characters.
- One in a middle that looks like a robot,well you probably know thats Airon Samurai, a man who is permanently armorfied.
- Center a girl with black hair is Shirako Usugi. A battle Shrine Maiden.
- The girl with the short hair is Yumire Tsuwabaki. She is a blood thirsty cave monk. Even crazier in full moon.
- The twin pigtailed girl in the left is Makuro Ichiru. A crazy girl that is similar to Miuro, my old character, she is a run away swords girl who became a big fan of Iron Samurai's ways, in a way she wants to mimic his armored body and code of honor. She is from a noble family so she has her way of making slaves out of people.
- Guy on the left of Airon Samurai, the guy with black bluish hair is a Chinese guy named Zhing Hou Shenma. He speaks poor japanese and english, he comes to japan only knowing how to communicate with fist all the time, he is a egomaniac who boast about his own strength, however he is one of the old Manchu and Han Dynasty Warriors descendants. His martial arts is very brutal. He becomes Airon Samurai's arch rival.
- On the Left of Shenma is an unknown guy called Kesshouzagi. A cunning man who uses strategy, using special acupuncture and pressure techniques,along with his mental meditation,he is able to ignore all pain and bodily limitations.
- Left,the woman with the light purple hair is Airon Samurai's master's daughter. She is able to defeat Airon Samurai is she wanted to.
- Guy dude with horns, he is Kajin. A mysterious guy who doesnt appear to be a normal human. The two monsters at the back are one of his type of minions, a 24 feet tall demon war machine.

i really wish i had the time,best chances are if i made them in Black and white, but color is so much expressive, ill be sure to work on it, i have tons of stories and plot just waiting to be uncovered.

for some,i know most never really had changes in their art, because of the style they used fit their themes so they wouldnt need to improve anymore coz they are comfortable they way it is,most pros hire inkers,colorist, background artist,pencilers to do their work for them when doing mangas or other things. Most artist sometimes good at one thing but not the other.
Most also borrow textures,art reference and art resources to boom their art. Most great artist use expensive hardwares and softwares to boom their art, its not necessarily their ideas are genuine or their art is authentic. Most important is the artist can grasp basic skills in drawing, that is the most important thing as an artist, to archive this is no other than to keep practicing until you get the skills.
for me the art style i want to achive is something like Dark Stalkers,Soul Calibur, video game concepts and stuffs. so i am never satisfied with my own art right now, so thats why i keep improving.

but, i neva though an artist which makes things like artbook n such a colorful stuff also hire a mercenary
cuz, i always work alone, so i dunno about that, sorry...

i mean, i also developing a game project but its just a simple one, using RPMXP...
making this thing is a helluva trouble, even its in 2D, i cant imagine how they workin on 3D [games like u mention]...

Oh my god...this is a freaking awesome piece. I would so buy this anime if it comes out! A perfect poster design for the characters. I love their posture and faces, and the individual weapons they wield are unqiue. I also like the armour plating and clothing each of them has, very natural looking.

My take: You have really made him look like the main hero of the comic. I like his pose and the long sword he's using, you have done great justice on this. (pardon me asking, but why permanently armorfied?)

My take: Battle shrine maiden? interesting...I like her design and her own personal battle armour. Somehow her face seems awkward, it seems as if she does not like to wield the spear.
- The girl with the short hair is Yumire Tsuwabaki. She is a blood thirsty cave monk. Even crazier in full moon.
My take: somehow she reminds me of street fighter. Irony indeed for a monk to fight, she seems awesome enough.

My take: possibly one of my favs in this picture, her armour sure bears resemblance to the iron samurai. Somehow her face design and costume reminds me of Raiden from metal gear solid 4's Raiden. Dual swords as weapons, impressive!

My take: This is possibly one of the Iron Samurai's main rivals...and I am sure I look forward to his fight with the Iron Samurai, as well as his interactions on other characters.

My take: It seems to me he looks like those who prefer to stay in the shadows and manipulate things to his liking. You have sure given him a mysterious look.

My take: She has a hard angular beauty about her. Very dangerous looking if you ask me. Somehow she gives me the chills. Defeat the iron samurai? thats quite a feat.

My take: Finally a villan. This one is possibly like those akuma in the japan's folk stories. 24 feet tall demon war machine? wow, I bet the battle will be apocalyptic with him.

Wow,thanks for the really awesome feedback, the character descriptions i gave were really short ones, since im saving most of them for the comic.
Like Shenma,although at first they werent rivals,Shenma believed that Iron Samurai was one of the metallic man who killed his son, there will also feature a part of the story where he goes to feudal China to meet another armorfied man like him basically an opposite version,he has almost the same armor like Airon. Basically the evil version of Iron Samurai.
The others also have similar stories. Some other characters yet to be revealed.
Also, well its true that some spiritual fighters were existent around the world, from temple monk warriors,to monastery warrior monks, i thought is not unusual.

interesting, Iron Samurai actually meets his nemesis. That is certainly a plotline worth expanding upon. I would like to read about the meeting in China and meet that armorified man. let's hope he's not a terrortica warrior. (you know those chinese soldiers that serve the qin dynasty)
I hope to read up on each individual stories and the other characters.
I did not know that, interesting fact...well, I do have seen monks wielding weapons before to defend themselves.

well you are half right there, this armored man is way insane and evil than Airon,perhaps even stronger, from the story,its even traced to early Europeans who sailed in the chinese seas. By that time Airon will have some of his armored ripped apart and he would lose his horns and shoulder pads, even customized a bit on his body for more agility. In the end all what matters would be his sword skill and nothing else.
if youre interested i can post a profile of each character, but hopefully that wouldnt ruin the manga.

It will be up sooner or later, well this armored man,he isnt evil, just a twisted soul, his armor looks nothing like Iron Samurai, he carries chains on his body, with spikes and razor sharp mechanical contraptions. Like a hunter,he uses razor whips,mutilating traps and flying guillotines.
