This is a rival team,theyre not the villain, theyre suppose to be like the good guys but the hero practically hates them especially the black hair dude,they both knew each other long ago. He is constantly interfering with his duty and always tries to convert him into his side, however both of them hates each other and sometimes the dialogue turns out to be violent. The black hair guy wants the hero to join him because his IFS will be useful for their agenda that is never revealed.

The dark hair guy pilots one of the fastest aerial IFS, has a power rifle weapon that can be converted to a sword. Other abilities are left unknown.

The girl pilots a strange mecha that create bubbles that can be use as shield and many other thing. The rest of its ability is unknown. She constantly follows her leader, the dark hair guy around.
