anyways something I did today because I was at the pool earlier today for a party and I love to swim around and be underwater so i thought "HEY WHY NOT UNDERWATER-" I don't know why i shouted for that but anyways yeah I hope you like it and the main thing that was a pain in the ass was doing the bubbles, though i'm happy with how they came out!
I used a tutorial for the bubbles if anyone wants to check them out, the main thing different was I put luminosity on the bubbles and white shine frostart12.deviantart.com/art/…
