Name: Melissa Carters(a.k.a. The Angel)

Armory: Hovering Angel-Rangs, Taser Halo, mini oxygen tanks, portable space suit(field generating air containment), Cellphone Taser(recon), and electrified utility belt.
Origin:
Melissa Carters was first found on the doorsteps of ChildHaven Orphanage in Seattle Washington. As she grew she had discovered she had a knack for inventing. She worked under the wing of Joshua Waurp, a multi-millionaire, and head of the Science corporation, Waurp Industries. To little knowing, Melissa found that Mr. Waurp had used her technology to harm others, and try to take control of Seattle Washington. So with her advanced knowledge and her hovering technology, she created a wing suit with her patented hover pads, and weapons, to fight Mr. Waurp and protect the people of Seattle, giving her the title of Seattle’s Guardian Angel.
