Description

(edit: The title of this article went way off the mark early. The answer was 'not found' even though Hoffa was lost for decades, but we didn't really know we was supposed to be looking for codes in SP!)

Super Punchout! 2 player Vs Mode

Seeing that in the area of video game secrets. Lots of past developers could actually keep a secret and every now and then something cool pops up. I'm going to post the way to achieve this from a website in text form, but feel free to watch a video, tik-tok, discord server, twitch-thot andor a chaturbate about it.

So how exactly do you access this newly discovered feature? As I said earlier, the process is pretty simple, but it was obscure enough to remain hidden for decades. (this is retarded. it's simplicity does not belie it's cryptic nature. Given the circumstances. The code and way to enter it is as or more secure than a modern day password. ~rjd)

You have to start by plugging in a second controller to your Super Nintendo. Then, hold down the Y & R buttons on that controller while the first player presses Start on the initial menu.

This will bring up an entirely new menu where you can choose which of the game’s bosses you want to take on.

This time, hold B & Y on the second controller while choosing the character with A or Start on the first controller. And that will allow the second player to control the boss on the other side of the ring.

Included is not a vid of me doing the trick, because I'm lazy this week and instead it's me doing a run through of half of the game and wet behind the ears at that. Yes, I sweat through my fucking ears, just kidding. I actually arouse them and they all wet because. I'll post the rematch I had with Mr. Sandman (which sounds a bit Jewish and decidedly not African-American. Woke your little heart out about that.)

Cool stuff though.
