Description
As I was testing out different buttons I've never used;I found this cool option, so I decided to try it out.

It's something called: Blending Mode. You have to choose a layer effect (for this one I chose Add Glow). When I use Add Glow it looks really vibrant and colourful :3
To get it to look like that, I just airbrushed the colours I wanted on a separate layer then clicked Add Glow. It's kind of like the Highlight tool.
