Ugghh frustrating but it makes me happy to see the end result XD I don't like animating the waves ahh x_xLast thingy for ! I really hope it's okay, this is my first proper attempt at journal dolls. I sort of stuffed up on some parts but I redid it so many times I'm just going to confuse myself more D:

Yeah, species have become a big crazy deal on this site. There are a lot of creatures that incorporate water in them, but I think one of the most successful and well known are water dogs. Really, anyone who uses the same idea whether they know what a water dog is or not are usually told theirs is fake or they're just stealing the idea, and that water dogs are copyrighted or something. Sometimes it takes the fun away since water dogs can be quite expensive and some people are honestly just trying to be creative with their own characters rather than stealing.

Yea i've seen some species drama about Plant Ponies.
People sticking other plant types on pony's butts and
people who have tailmouths got accused until they found out that they existed before.
Yea when you make the most basic of things a species
it makes it hard for other people to have fun and create their own original character.

Yeah, species are fun and cute, but sometimes it does make it hard for others to be original if it's something really basic. But there's not much you can do especially if it is a well-known species because a lot of people would attack you whether you mean it or not. There's still plenty of other things you could try, I suppose ^^
