I finished it! the puddles might look a little weird because I had to copy and paste images and then erase stuff, and I'm not the best photoshopper there is around here
I'll sometimes be listening to music when pictures come to life, and this is a result of Undertale OST: 063 It's Raining Somewhere Else combined with it raining outside.
I openly accept criticism to all of my drawings, and I reply to any comment that I can when I find the time!
This was made and finished with GIMP, a photoshop and editing software.

Also, something I would recommend for the watermark signature, is putting it in an area that changes color, such as in the transition of a shadow or on the side of a gradient sunset. It makes it harder to just take the color it's on and color over it to claim it as their own.

Looks good not beautiful but good i would work in the lines because the rain and frisk legs look quite honestly messy and the badly stretched star sprites are also distracting.
