Not long after Tai-Ton came around the government started it's own project to create a artificial gem and create their own gembelly. The result was Bulk. However upon giving him the gem all that resulted was a split in his hair and eye color. Deemed a failure he was sent away and the project canned. Now on his own Bulk seeks to understand why his gem failed.

So everyone I give you Bulk. The gem belly who hasn't been affected. But that's where you come in. You decided what his gem will do. Will he get big and fat? He get huge and muscular? Will he become a girl? Will he become a monster? You decide.
