I believe so. The only difference between them is that Ralia doesn't have wings and Valenia does.

Ah, so...Drakes to most people are draconic figures that don't have wings. At least that's what people have said in my experience. Don't have any drake characters myself.

It's awesome their designs are completely oposed to each other's, I find them very interesting. The markings are look pretty cool with the mix of these colors.

Well I guess part of the backstory is that they were supposed to be twins (kinda obvious because of design choices lol), but Ralia (the white one) was born a day earlier. After Valenia hatched, the childhood was normal, and eventually a rivalry grew between the both of them. Except, Ralia wanted nothing to do with her brother and the evil things he wanted from the world. He tried many times to convince his sister that the good stuff is always on the bad side. Eventually into adulthood, they never saw each other again. But before Valenia parted, both parents confided of the fact that they were both to be twins (they still are, just born a day apart). Valenia is enraged because he is either supposed to be like his sister or vice versa.
Ralia is living a happy life on her own in a nearby village of her old home, where her parents still live. And Valenia has flown miles and miles away from what he would've called "home".
Their parents still live in the same home, so nothing has really changed.
